Brooklyn Kitchens and Baths Incorporated
Run away as fast as you can
“We are building owners and have done many kitchens, dealt with countless stores, and never have we had such a terrible experience. In fact, we ordered from them FIVE kitchens. The owner of this terrible establishment, Brian, told us that he got stuck with many kitchens a builder purchased from him but ran out of money, so he'll give it us at a discount. The price seemed fair. Later, it turned out this story was a complete lie. From that moment, a FIVE MONTH NIGHTMARE ensued, and has yet to be resolved. Brian constantly says, I can't help myself. And he's right - he can't help himself from leading you on, lying to you with a straight face, giving you the runaround for month after month after month, after you paid him (upfront, of course - he looks trustworthy, you'd never even fathom he can be such a scum/douche bag), using guilt, begging, promising you day in and day out that you'll get it this afternoon, tomorrow morning, this coming Tuesday.. delivering you the wrong items, partial kitchens, missing or broken parts (thus requiring you to run after him several additional months to get them, and again, the same stories all over again, the same lines, same lies...), blaming everyone under the sun except for himself, telling you tales of woe about this and that manufacturer that went out of business and stiffed him with 60K (the amounts vary, depending on the day - he just can't recall all his lies), promising you it never happened before, AND SO ON AND SO FORTH. After several months of of this nightmare he delivered 3 out of the 5 kitchens (still hasn't delivered to us one important piece for one of the kitchens), and after almost five months, we were fed up and disgusted and canceled the final two kitchens. He credited our card on one, and gave us a check for the other, asking us to wait 5 days to deposit. Then called to postpone the deposit by a day. We hope it won't bounce. We truly regret not having done our homework and researched him beforehand. The least we can do is to warn everyone else: STAY AWAY FROM BROOKLYN KITCHENS & BATHS. You WILL regret the day you place an order with them. We also urge you to read all the other negative reviews online (the positive ones can't be true). They are all spot on. Every single thing they describe, happened to us too. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD, EVER. Shoppers, beware!!!!”
