“Poor customer service. I would never refer them to anyone and regret purchasing tile there. Decent service is provided prior to and during the actual purchase but forget about building lasting customer relationship after you've paid. NOTE: Sure you can return any unopened boxes but be aware of the 25% restocking fee. Verbally I was told of course you can return but not until I was returning a few of the unopened box that the 25% was mentioned. The boxes were never even picked up. Owner could have made an exception but refused regardless of what I had been told. No wonder Home Depot & Lowes put so many small businesses out of business. (Tile was not a special order tile & there are no signs about the return policy.)” -
